During Jinan’s two sessions, Zhuo Changli, a delegate of the Jinan Municipal People’s Congress, Chairwoman of Sunshine Sisters Home Services Company, was interviewed by journalists from Jinan International Communication Center. She stated that she would bring forward a proposal regarding the issuance of home service consumption vouchers to promote service consumption.

As living standards continue to improve, residents’ demands for home services are becoming increasingly diverse. Services such as cleaning, nanny care, elderly care, hospital companionship, and more have become essential needs for many families. The home service industry, as an important component of modern service industry, plays a key role in improving residents’ quality of life, expanding employment, and promoting economic and social development. By issuing home service consumption vouchers, we can further stimulate households’ willingness to utilize home services, guiding residents to spend more in the service sector, and thus contribute to upgrading consumption structures, enhancing residents’ quality of life, and optimizing the city’s economic structure.

In the process of issuing home service vouchers, priority is given to the elderly, the young, the disabled, and the sick. Various types of home service consumption vouchers can be designed, such as cleaning service vouchers, nanny service vouchers, and infant care service vouchers, to meet the diverse needs of different residents. We should strengthen market regulation for home services to ensure the qualifications and service quality of home service companies. At the same time, a blacklist system for home service companies should be established to penalize companies with service quality issues or violations, thus safeguarding consumers’ legal rights.

Additionally, modern information technology can be leveraged to drive the digital transformation of home services, improving service efficiency and convenience.
